Sweet Pepper Variety: Yolo Wonder

The flesh has a lovely sweet flavour. Fabulous large peppers are great for stuffing, with rice and mixed vegetables, with a splash of olive oil and roasted in the oven or eaten fresh and crispy in a salad. For balcony gardens, plant in a pot 40cm in depth 7 diameter, or larger.

Growing Tips:

For best results, germinate your seeds in seed trays filled with a good organic seedling mix. Keep them warm and moist and transplant them in rich organic soil when they are 5-7cm high. For a direct sow: Plant in a well prepared bed, rich in organic compost.
When watering aim for the roots and mulch around the plant to keep the soil moist and protected.
