Please read the Hadeco terms & conditions carefully before using our website.

Detailed description of goods and/or services:

Hadeco is a business in the agricultural industry that markets flower bulbs and relevant products.

Prices:

Quoted prices are in Rand and inclusive of VAT and delivery charges. Hadeco reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.

Delivery policy:

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivered at the correct planting time. Delivery confirmed by way of courier waybill number. Orders will be shipped via courier (door to door service).

Export restriction:

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

Return and Refunds policy:

We always endeavour to give our customers the best bulbs or other stock possible, but we give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the description, quality or productiveness of any seeds, bulbs, tubers, roots and/or plants or any other products and will not in any way be responsible for the crop. Fulfilment of orders is subject to crop. In cases of unavailability, Hadeco will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Customer privacy policy:

Hadeco shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted:

  1. Pay with your credit card using PayGate
  2. Pay with your debit card using the SiD portal via PayGate
  3. Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. 
  4. All EFT or direct bank transfer order payments need to be made within 2 weeks. If the order has not been paid for within the 2 weeks time frame, the order will be cancelled. 

Credit card acquiring and security:

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Hadeco via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details:

Customer details will be stored by Hadeco separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency:

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility:

Hadeco takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile:

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Hadeco chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 6 Falls Road Little Falls Roodepoort 1724

Variation:

Hadeco may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
