Why did I not receive my loyalty points?

Can I order as a gift for someone else?

Yes. If the item is a gift, please add “gift” in additional notes. We will be happy to put a card in the box as well as gift wrap the parcel if you would like.

Is the loyalty program free to join?

Absolutely! Hadeco offers one of the most value driven loyalty programs in South Africa. Each point earned get’s you R1 in value. 

How do I join the loyalty program?

All you need to do is create a free account with us and you will automatically be added in to our loyalty program. You will be able to view and redeem your points at any time. If you need any assistance please email us at 

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No you don’t. Our online store allows a guest checkout option. All you’ll need to do is provide all your details at checkout and we will make sure you get your parcel. 


Can I pay via EFT?

Yes. When you proceed to the check out page, there will be an option to pay via EFT as well PayGate or direct bank transfer. 

How long can I wait until I pay for my order?

We have a 5 day holding period of your order. Payment for your order must be received within 5 working days as stock is limited. You will be contacted via email before your order is cancelled to remind you of your order that is currently on hold.


Why did I not receive everything in my order?

Most bulbs are sent out according to their planting time. Winter bulbs become available to pre-order around February/March. Lilium, Asparagus and Potatoes are sent out around May. Tulips are sent out around June/early July. Summer bulbs will become available to pre-order around July/August. Dahlia are sent out around November. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to be delivered.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, Hadeco exports to other countries. For any export queries please contact is a local online store that supplies customers within South Africa only.

Why is my delivery taking so long?

If you have pre-ordered your bulbs, delivery time will be a bit longer as orders are only sent out when it is the bulbs’ correct planting time. The purpose of the pre-ordering process is to help you get the varieties that you are interested in the most.
