In these Terms & Conditions, “ticket holder”, “bearer”, “purchaser”, “you”, and “your” refer to the person purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket to Petals with Purpose: Spring Festival 2026. “Hadeco”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “issuer”, and “organiser” refer to Hadeco (Pty) Ltd, organiser of the event.
By purchasing, possessing, allocating, or using a ticket to Petals with Purpose: Spring Festival 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not purchase tickets or attempt to enter the event.
Hadeco reserves the right to amend, revise, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on www.hadeco.co.za and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
1. Ticket Pricing & Validity
The price of one general admission ticket to Petals with Purpose: Spring Festival 2026 is R80, unless otherwise stated for special ticket categories or promotions.
Each ticket grants the holder a revocable licence to enter Hadeco’s Waterval Wes Farm on the date specified on the ticket for Petals with Purpose: Spring Festival 2026.
Admission is valid only for the date selected at purchase and is subject to venue capacity, safety regulations, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Hadeco reserves the right to refuse admission or revoke entry at its sole discretion where safety, security, misconduct, or breach of these terms is concerned.
2. Ticket Responsibility
Once a ticket has been issued, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for its safekeeping.
Hadeco accepts no liability for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, copied, or rendered invalid due to unauthorised use.
3. Authorised Ticket Sales
Quicket is the sole authorised ticketing platform for Petals with Purpose: Spring Festival 2026.
Tickets purchased from unauthorised resellers or third parties are done so entirely at the purchaser’s risk. Hadeco reserves the right to invalidate fraudulent, duplicated, stolen, or counterfeit tickets without compensation.
4. Prohibited Ticket Use
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain, copied, reproduced, transferred unlawfully, or used for advertising, promotional campaigns, competitions, giveaways, or commercial activities without prior written consent from Hadeco.
Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the ticket without refund.
Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly authorised by Hadeco or the official ticketing platform.
Tickets may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or any alternative benefit.
5. Event Delivery
The event service is considered delivered once Petals with Purpose: Spring Festival 2026 opens to the public on the scheduled event dates.
No refund requests will be considered after event commencement except where required by applicable law.
Access to certain areas, installations, exhibits, or activities may be restricted due to safety concerns, weather, operational requirements, emergencies, or capacity limitations. Restricted access to portions of the venue does not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
6. Cancellation, Postponement & Force Majeure
Hadeco reserves the right to cancel, postpone, interrupt, or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Fire or environmental hazards
- Government directives or regulatory restrictions
- Strikes or labour disruptions
- Public safety risks
- Supply chain or production delays
- Acts of God or other force majeure events
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or interruption, Hadeco may, at its sole discretion:
- Reschedule the event;
- Offer full or partial refunds; or
- Provide a comparable alternative benefit or credit.
Where refunds are issued, refunds will generally be limited to the face value of the ticket and will exclude third-party booking, processing, transaction, or service fees unless required by law.
Hadeco shall not be liable for travel costs, accommodation costs, exchange rate losses, or any indirect expenses incurred by ticket holders.
7. Entry Requirements
All ticket holders must present a valid ticket for entry.
Hadeco reserves the right to request valid identification for verification purposes.
Admission may be refused to any person who:
- Cannot provide valid proof of entry
- Appears intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances
- Behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or abusive manner
- Refuses to comply with event rules or staff instructions
8. Photography & Media
By entering the venue, you acknowledge and accept that photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be captured by Hadeco, authorised media, content creators, or other visitors.
You grant Hadeco the irrevocable right to use such recordings for promotional, marketing, editorial, archival, and commercial purposes across print, digital, social, and other media, without compensation.
9. Children & Supervision
Children are welcome at Petals with Purpose: Spring Festival 2026 but must remain under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
Parents and guardians accept full responsibility for the safety and conduct of minors in their care.
10. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Entry to Hadeco’s Waterval Wes Farm and attendance at Petals with Purpose: Spring Festival 2026 is entirely at your own risk.
By attending, you acknowledge that farms and outdoor event spaces may present inherent risks, including uneven terrain, insects, animals, weather-related hazards, and other environmental conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hadeco, its employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury
- Illness
- Death
- Property loss
- Theft
- Damage to personal belongings
- Financial loss arising from attendance
except where caused by gross negligence or unlawful conduct.
11. Conduct & Prohibited Items
Hadeco maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding:
- Illegal drugs or narcotics
- Dangerous weapons
- Violent or threatening behaviour
- Harassment or abuse
- Lewd, indecent, or obscene conduct
- Vandalism or intentional property damage
Any person found in possession of prohibited items or engaging in prohibited conduct may be removed from the venue immediately without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.
12. Refunds & Payment Disputes
All refund requests are subject to Hadeco’s refund policy and applicable law.
Unauthorised payment disputes, fraudulent chargebacks, or payment reversals may result in ticket cancellation and restriction from future purchases, subject to investigation and applicable consumer rights.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute relating to tickets, entry, or event operations, Hadeco will first attempt to resolve the matter directly with the affected party.
If resolution cannot be reached, the parties may refer the matter to an independent mediator, arbitrator, or appropriate legal forum.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
14. General
Hadeco reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
