Tatsoi Seeds

Tatsoi is a versatile Asian green with delicate leaves, vibrant colours, and a mild, slightly peppery flavour. Perfect for fresh salads, stir-fries or soups. 

Growing Tips:

Sow seeds in well prepared beds with added organic compost. Sow approximately 60 seeds in a 30cm × 10cm space, lightly cover with seedling mix, and begin harvesting the leaves from the outside of the rosette and leave the rest of the plant to continue growing or cut the tatsoi  off at soil level to harvest the entire rosette. For full-sized plants, thin seedlings to 25cm apart. For Balcony gardens, plant in a pot 20cm in depth & diameter, or larger. Harvest from 7 weeks. Full sun.
