💗 Grow Something Good. Spread Awareness. Show Kindness.
Growing something good goes beyond the garden. It's about caring for ourselves, supporting one another and sharing knowledge that could make a difference in someone's life.
As part of our 80 Acts of Kindness, we're encouraging women to make time for their health and wellbeing while helping to spread awareness about breast cancer.
Breast self-examinations can help you become familiar with how your breasts normally look and feel. Knowing what is normal for you can help you recognise changes and seek medical advice when needed.
Take a moment to learn, share the knowledge and encourage the women in your life to do the same.

A little kindness can go a long way. Share these resources with a friend, check in on someone you love, or start a conversation about breast health. Sometimes, spreading awareness is one of the most meaningful acts of kindness we can offer.
Because growing something good means nurturing our gardens, caring for one another and planting the seeds of positive change, one small act at a time.
