This variety is grown in Italy for sun-drying and for eating fresh in salads. Hang a cluster against a hot sunny wall to dry. Sun-dried tomatoes maintain their flavor and nutritional qualities. For balcony gardens plant in a pot of 55cm in depth and diameter or larger.

Growing Tips:

For best results germinate your seeds in trays filled with a good organic seedling mix. Keep them warm and moist and transplant them in rich organic soil when they are 5-7cm high. Water regularly. This is an indeterminate variety, which can grow to 1.2m tall and will require staking.
