Acorn Squash Variety: Tuffy

Dense flesh that is intensely sweet, excellent for roasting and filling ravioli! Once harvested, they can be stored for 2-3 months in a cool, dark place.

Growing Tips:

Sow seeds in a well prepared bed with good organic compost. To save space, you can grow this squash vertically on a sturdy trellis. For the sweetest flavour wait two more weeks after harvest to eat.
